Getting here is easy, From Bali fly or drive to Lombok, then travel eastwards across Lombok, to Pelabuhan Lombok at Kayangan in the north east to catch the ferry across to the West Sumbawa ferry port of Poto Tano, from there follow the coast road south to Taliwang, Jelengah, Maluk and on to Sekongkang and Rantung Beach Hotel. Alternatively, on particular days, catch the KSB Express passenger ferry from the harbour of Telong Elong in the southeast corner of Lombok across to the town of Benete, only 15 minutes from Sekongkang and Rantung Beach Hotel. Another option is flying into Bima in Central Sumbawa and surfing the great waves at Lakeys before heading overland via road to West Sumbawa, a journey of approximately 10 hours.
