Metal Repair
High-performance, metal-filled epoxies permanently repair or rebuild critical equipment and quickly return it to service, minimizing expensive downtime and reducing costs. Metal-filled epoxies offer excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals, good temperature resistance to 350°F, and a room temperature cure. All can be effectively applied by plant personnel without special training.
Flooring Repair
Floor Savers™ are a broad line of floor preparation products, including high-performance epoxy patching compounds and chemical-resistant coatings and anti-skid epoxies to protect plant floors, walkways, ramps, and platforms. All provide for easier maintenance, and contribute to a safer, more attractive working environment. They offer protection from harsh chemicals, solvents, alkalis, and acids, and are engineered to be 100% solids in formulation, meeting Volatile Organic Content (VOC) regulations.
Rubber Repair
Flexane®, versatile urethane compounds are used to make fast, economical, long-lasting rubber repairs to equipment such as conveyor belts and rubber rolls, and is also used to create non-damaging holding fixtures, mold rubber parts, and pot electronic components. Flexane is available in liquid or putty form and its durometer is adjustable with the addition of Flex-Add™ Flexibilizer.
Abrasion Resistant
Wear Guard™ abrasion-resistant systems protect many types of industrial equipment from abrasion damage with the addition of silicon carbide or alumina ceramic beads. Wear Guard™ products withstand punishment that would put unprotected equipment out of service, handling particulates from less than 1/16" to less than 1/2" and operating temperatures up to 450F.

Epoxies
Epoxy Adhesives are toughened, fast-curing structural epoxies with excellent environmental and chemical resistance. They are designed for a wide range of rigid substrates such as metals, ceramics, phenolics, and wood with cure times from less than one minute. Products include stay-in-place gels for vertical surfaces, clear adhesive/potting compounds, and high-performance, rubber-toughened adhesives for strength and flexibility.
Methacrylates
Methacrylates Adhesives are toughened structural adhesives for difficult-to-bond engineered plastics, composites, unprepared metals, ceramics, and dissimilar substrates. They require little or no surface preparation and cure at room temperature with no cumbersome heating fixtures required. Devcon Methacrylates adhesives provide extremely strong, flexible, permanent bonds and excellent chemical/environmental resistance.
UV Adhesives
Tru-Bond™ light-cured adhesives offer the flexibility of unlimited open time plus the productivity of instant cure when exposed to UV light. Formulas come in a variety of viscosities and are designed to bond a variety of substrates including glass, aluminum, steel, ceramic and plastics. Also available, a UV pressure sensitive adhesive.
Castable Urethanes

Urethane Adhesives
Devcon urethanes are primerless, fast setting two-part systems for high performance bonding of a wide variety of substrates such a steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized metals ABS, urethane, and composites. The adhesive has tremendous flexibility and impact resistance.
Gasketing - RTV
Permatex® the leader in form-in-place gasket makers, gasket dressings, and general-purpose sealants has and extensive selection of anaerobic gasket products designed to handle high temperature applications to 600°F. These products cure quickly and we offer multiple RTV technologies for your specific applications.
Emergency Repair
These epoxy compounds cure rapidly—even under water—to form strong, permanent repairs, minimizing spills to due leaks or accidental punctures as well as remediation costs.
Dispensing Equipment
Devcon® offers a full line of innovative dispensing systems from small volume single-component tubes to advanced meter-mix equipment for high-volume applications.
